“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” — 1 Corinthians 12:12, 27

At Fairfield Mountains Chapel, this message comes to life through our Ministry Teams— groups that serve together to carry out the work of the church for the glory of God. With 19 active teams, there are many opportunities to connect, grow spiritually, and use your gifts in meaningful ways.

Below are just a few examples of how our members serve as one body in Christ.

Prayer Ministry

Encourage the faithful to develop a deeper personal relationship with God through prayer.

Men's Ministry

Provide opportunities for men of the chapel to bond and serve together

Missions Ministry

Recommend charity organizations to receive 25% of chapel’s general fund

Scholarship Ministry

Provide financial assistance to graduating high-school seniors

Potluck Ministry

Organize social events to build a supportive network within the church.

Ministry Teams encourage every member to serve, just as God intended. They give the church organization beyond the elder board, inspire members to grow spiritually as they serve and help to identify future chapel leaders.

Ministry Team sign-up sheets are posted downstairs in the small hallway leading into the Fellowship Hall.
