Carolina Foothills Eldercare Program

“Fairfield Mountains Chapel is sponsoring a community informational session March 28 from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM to introduce the newly created Carolina Foothills Eldercare program. Heidi Owen, Executive Director, will discuss the new home care agency that provides extra support for seriously ill patients 65 and older to enable them to remain in their homes. The program is administered by the Carolina Foothills Foundation, a public charity that provides funds to meet the many health challenges in Rutherford and Polk Counties. The Carolina Foothills Foundation offers home care and many other services on a sliding scale fee basis including home maker services, home health aides, transportation and meal assistance, and many other services. Refreshments will be served by the Fairfield Mountains Chapel.”
